It's looking for resolv.conf, not resolv.config .
First copy your existing resolv.conf to resolve.conf.orig,
then ediit resolv.conf to contain:
domain <yourdomainname>
search <your isp name>
nameserver <primary names erver at isp>
nameserver <secondary name server at isp>
If your machine is standalone dialup, you probably won't
need the domain line.
