Write one. As root, go to /etc, and with pico or some other editor designed
by actual humans, create a file named resolv.conf which contains at least two
lines. Here's mine:

domain ellijay.com
nameserver 206.30.220.2

Write the file, logout, log in as user, and set up kppp.
