I'm afraid we live in a darker side of the universe. Calling the isp for
us is pretty much 0% chance.
Who is your ISP? Most have customer service sections on their websites that
have all the needed information. In fact mine (http://www.gorge.net) has an
excellent KPPP how-to, including screenshots.
