Thats been reported many times Ctl+Alt+F1 to get a text console. log in as root then update-menus -v Ctl+Alt+F7 to go back to X. Your menus will now be normal. Then go here to define an update source http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/index.php and get the updates to 9.2 to fix all the other issues. derek -- ---------------------------------- www.jennings.homelinux.net http://twiki.mdklinuxfaq.org
