Flash is working here; as well as on every box I've installed it under 9.2, and some that I just sent the following instructions to. To the best of my knowledge anyway; meaning nobody seems to be complaining, <g> Click the link below; find your distribution and version, download the flash player plug-in, then open a terminal in the directory you downloaded it to, become super user and type: urpmi flash-plugin and strike the Enter key. You should watch for floating dependency messages. URPMI will take care of them, but you may be asked to verify their installation. Actually I don't know if there are any for this but it never hurts to warn a person that there _might_ be. The URL is: http://sluglug.ucsc.edu/macromedia/site_ucsc.html For 9.2 you'll be downloading: flash-plugin-6.0.79-2.i386.rpm If you have upgraded Mozilla to 1.5 as I and many of the people that I've helped locally have you'll also need to copy the plug-in to the /usr/lib/mozilla-1.5/plugins directory. While you're in /usr/lib see how many Mozilla directories there are, the plug-ins for the browser (and Galeon and Firebird and I believe Epiphany) are supposed to be read from /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins but that doesn't seem to be the case.
