I recently installed Mandrake on a 2190US...
No, it won't resize the Windows Partition they made, and you'll need a 3rd 
party program. Here's what I suggest. Get Partition magic. Resize the Windows 
Partition. Then use the Linux install to auto allocate, and it'll create the 
three partitions you need. If you don't want to buy 
PM...well..um...definitely don't get an illegal copy...;-)

Mandrake will configure the boot and all that stuff. After that, just delete 
your Windows partition, and everything will be just fine. =)
