further to my last post to you,
i'm interested to learn that partitions have info. regarding creation
date, all these years and i didn't know! i guess thats what come of
being totally self-taught; one doesn't know what one doesn't know!

anyway, i'm going to reboot and reinstall mandrake without the
supermount option as recommended to me in another thread, see you in
another lifetime -it's not pessimism- just the way things seem to be
going at the moment!
