[newbie] soundblaster live

I've seen a lot of traffic on the list about SoundBlaster live  soundcards 
and wonder if anyone has one working on the Mandrake 7.2 distro. I am 
thinking of buying the card to replace a cheapo in my system. Any Thoughts or 
advice on this? Thanks,
