Of all chipsets being used for AMD Socket A MOBOs the AliMagik is rated as the poorest in terms of performance. Rather than the boards you listed I would recommend the following: Abit KG7 DFI AK76-SN or if you are intent on Raid: Gigabyte GA-7DXR All 3 boards use the AMD760 chipset and are rated for use with all currently available CPUs including the 1.4Ghz and use DDR. Unless you are in a special circumstance/project that necessitates the use of Raid or are willing to spend the $ to aquire hardware Raid rather than the software Raid being used in most MOBOs I would suggest that you go non-raid and use the savings for either additionl memory or larger/faster hd.
