I have the same controller and I have had that problem. You've got two hard drives that have been marked down as the bootable drive and I'm not just about where LILO is installed. For example, I had a drive that had Windoze installed on it and when I installed LM I installed it and LILO to a different hard drive. Diskdrake assumes you know what you're doing and isn't going to go look for other hard drives being marked as bootable and this is what leads to the conflict you see. To fix it, boot into rescue mode and run fdisk on the hard drive you don't want to be booting from and turn off the bootable partition. Richie
