theres one more thing i just remember : when first installing lilo - i got the messages : Warning : BIOS drive 0x83 may be inaccessible ! what confuses me about this is : 0x83 would be secondary slave - so it would be my LS120 floppy disk drive. it seems to me that lilo is trying to access the LS120 drive - when i boot up in linux and all the 01 are appearing on the screen .... the little green led on the LS120 is flashing in similar frequency the 01 are appearing..... does this look familiar to anyone ?....anyone who might shed some light on this one ? --quay
