Hi Adrian,

'fraid I can't help you much with your Freeserve problem, however in the
first part of your mail you mentioned "20,000 emails on the server is too
much".
Can I read into this that your workplace uses a Exchange server and that
your mails are taking up too much space? If "yes", have you looked at
creating a personal folder on you local hard drive? You can copy all your
mails into that and read them as if they were just in another Exchange
folder.
