as reported 2 days ago,
urpmi.update -a && urpmi --auto-select
results in the failure Travis is describing.

is it usual that Mandriva wouldn't fix the index file for days ?
It happens all too often - particularly with a new release :-(
maybe we could donate them a tool to upload the files
automatically according to the list of files listed in the index ;-)

I've contacted Mandriva to report the problem - I suggest you try the updates again tomorrow, perhaps they will have fixed it by then.
