Pick your cli editor. Like someone else on the list said, mc is a handy
tool for CLI work. As for scrolling, you need to learn about the "more"
and "less" commands. You can pipe the output of most commands through
ether one of them. I normaly use less. You do it like this:
help | less

You may find the "man" command more helpfull. Try running "man less" to
learn how to use the less command. The arrow and page up/down keys work.
You hit q to quit. The space bar scrolls one page, and the Enter key one
line...
