I don't know whether comments there are ether-bound or not, but I don't see
any "options" for commenting that say "We value our users" ... the choices
are (a) wishes for the next release; (b) bug reports; (c) contact
Professional Services (ka-ching); and (d) "You are soooooooo happy with
Mandriva" (scratch that one).
It's the same thing with the club memberships ... options for upgrading or
extending, but they don't exactly seem to welcome downgrading or, god forbid,
cancellation. Frankly, they remind me of when I cancelled AOL many years
ago; they don't make it easy.
