The only thing that makes any sense is that you may be missing a KDE
component that exists in another rpm package. I have the Panel and
Appearance sections and I've disabled those options.
Sorry, but I don't know which package you're missing, but I would
venture a guess that it's just not installed or you're using a version
of the packages from Seer of Souls that's missing this component.
