The easy way: . open your root folder in nautilus / konqueror / the file manager of your choice. This means: open the / folder, you should see inside it (at least) a folder called /home. This is your home folder, it contains the personal data for your users . copy the home folder somewhere else (a different disc or partition), OR . make a cd / dvd out of it. This might not be possible if the size of the folder is too much (e.g. the folder weighs more than can fit on a dvd) This depends of course on having a place with enough free space to put the stuff. -- Adriano Varoli Piazza The Inside Out: http://moranar.com.ar ICQ: 4410132 MSN: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
