Bill,
Here is the cat of my /etc/fstab.

# This file is edited by fstab-sync - see 'man fstab-sync' for details
/dev/hda5 / ext3 noatime 1 1
/dev/hda8 /home ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hdc /mnt/cdrom iso9660 user,iocharset=iso8859-15,noauto,ro,exec 0 0
/dev/hda9 /mnt/deb1 ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda10 /mnt/deb2 ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda12 /mnt/deb4 ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda2 /mnt/deb3 ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda13 /mnt/deb5 ext3 noatime 1 2
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/hda7 /usr ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda6 swap swap defaults 0 0
none /proc/bus/usb usbdevfs defaults 0 0

no /dev/sda but you have the "/proc/bus/usb usbdevfs defaults 0 0" and something
really appear under /proc/bus/usb/: 001, 002, 003.

and under /proc/scsi no "usb-storage". here is the missing point!!!!

usbview show me all the detail of my key, but I don't have a way to take it and
mount it somewhere
