Hi,
I torrented down the three free Mandriva 2006 CDs. The system would not
install from CD1 so I and made an install floppy and attempted to use it
to install from CD1. I got to the point to when it tried to install
packages but it came back with the message that the hdlists file was
missing.
I inspected the CD1 and found that the hdlists file existed in the
following directory "D:\media\media_info\hdlists"
What could be the problem and how can I go round it?
