You can get Mandriva One from either the Mandriva Club sites (current
production version with dual-optical drive bug fixed), or the BETA
version (with the bug still in place) from the following mirror and
possibly others as well;
ftp://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/pub/Linux/mandrakelinux/devel/iso/2006.0/i586
Check the README file on the mirror to select the one that's best for
you.

You can also get it on the cover of Linux Magazine although in the light
of Dan's info and my experience, I don't recommend it .
