Check out the Sane web site: http://www.sane-project.org/ They have some troubleshooting info there. I forget the details, but I went through a lot of it some time back, trying to get a scanner working that turned out to be unsupported, and so old the company couldn't locate the docs to be able to add support. I ended up getting a newer old scanner that worked right away. If their docs don't help you get it straightened out, joint the mailing list and ask for help there. There are a lot of people who know a lot about scanners there, often even the people who wrote your particular driver. Ron -- Opinions are mine. Don't blame anyone else. Rely on them at your own risk. ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
