this is what it says when it's done installing, you may now reboot
into the new boot loader, and choose the new OS that works...
Sorry, ET, but it has NOT installed...I get this before it even
starts installing...and the first time it happened, it overwrote my
MBR...fortunately, I have emergence rescue disks for both Boot Magic
and Partition Magic so I was able to get back into Windoze...

if it overwrote your mbr, how far into the install did you get? did
you format the drives? usually it only writes to the MBR after
everything is installed...
very strange...

It didn't get into the install at all! As for Video card, I have a
Radion 9200 SE AGP with 128 Meg of memory...It IS very strange because I
tried to install it at least twice more and it did not overwrite the
MBR..but it just won't install
I'm guessing it may be hardware related. On the other, Suse 10.2
installed just fine (I took it off in anticipation of installing
Mandrake...but I guess I'll hafta put it back on :(
