Any time I install a package, the documentation files are missing. I can't
find a way to include documentation files with package installation.
There is an option --excludedocs that needs to be disabled in /etc/rpmrc,
but for Mandriva distribution /etc/rpmrc doesn't exist. Instead there is a
set of macros where I have no clue.
Any comments are highly regarded
