Sure you're using the right sources?
I use the plf helixplayer codecs helixplayer-real-codecs-1.0.8-1plf2007.0
Helixplayer is helixplayer-1.0.8-1mdv2007.0
As for streamtuner, the taglib I have here is taglib-1.4-1mdk,
libtaglib0-1.4-1mdk
Try a different plf mirror is my best thought...........
