Whoops, X -version reveals 3.3.6a, but the RPM XFree86 is version
4.0.3. As for what I meant about the screen switching was that when I
want it to switch to 320x200, it occasionally does it incorrectly and
has the problem with shearing of lines, as I described before, but it
usually switches correctly to 320x200 without any problems.

Also how can I change which X version is started? And is it even a good
idea?
