That definitely shouldn't be the clou. This sounds for me like a problem with the IRQ
sharing. Most boards only have 4 IRQs for all PCI-Cards. And you said you use now slot
5 for the G450. So you seem to have 6 slots. The Interrupts are bound to slots so 2 or
more slots have to use the same one. If card or driver don't support IRQ-sharing it
won't work. So never use PCI-Slots which are located next to each other if possible.
Especially graphic cards don't support this because it slows down the whole
performance and transfer rates they really need.
