Unfortunately Radeon boards are poker game: may work, may not. I've tried x
workarounds, not one worked...
If you want 3d, try NVidia boards (though I really don't like to say that, I
don't like them folks for their pricing policy)
Most well supported board still is Voodoo3, tho a lil' out of date...
