If it's included run xf86config from the command prompt and set up X like 
that.

shutdown -h now (for shutdown)
shutdown -r now (for reboot) or just
reboot
man shutdown

Not a problem of this list. You might check your volumes and if the modules 
are loaded (lsmod)
