Pierre, I noticed you have "noaccel" set in your first device section. Are you sure you're getting 3D accel ? Can you run something like Tuxracer or Chromium smoothly ?
I know my AMD 761 is different from your 751 and my Radeon's not an AIW, just 32 MB DDR, but I can't believe that's what is causing my problems. I can't even get the kernel to load after compiling 2.4.10. I you are really getting 3D accel, could you please list the specific steps you went through to install X 4.1.0 and kernel 2.4.10 ? Please don't refer me to their web sites. I have read all their on-line documents and it appears I'm doing it right, but obviously I'm not.
