Hello Rob, You should notice that section "Screen" is using Device "Radeon0" and not Device "ATI Radeon" In Device "Radeon0", noaccel is commented. I've got XFree 4.1.0 in rpm files (from Mandrake 8.1 on rpmfind.net. I used "rpm -Uvh --nodeps XFree*.rpm" to install), and the kernel from kernel.org I compiled the kernel with these options: /dev/agpgart (AGP Support): M AMD Irongate, 761, and 762 support: Y Direct Rendering Manager (XFree86 4.1.0 and higher DRI support) : Y ATI Radeon: M before running X, I have to load agpgart and radeon with modprobe (actually I put that in my /etc/modules file). When I run glxgears, I've got ~350fps. Tuxracer is pretty smooth. Good Luck.
