yeah, that's one of the wost things about Windows... everyone is now conditioned to accept cruddy behavior as normal. also, people don't seem to notice better behavior at first... they only notice it when they go back to the cruddy tools. so switching to new OSes and environments seems hard at first; until you use them for a bit, and then try going back to the bad tools, and you realize just *how* bad the bad tools are. :) I won't even run Windows for the sake of playing games anymore... it's just too much hassle.
