Actually, it almost is that easy: Just tweak xc/config/cf/host.def (copy xc/config/cf/xf86site.def to xc/config/cf/host.def, then tweak it) run 'make World' run 'make install' run 'make install.man' run 'make install.sdk' if you want the sdk. If you're not sure, install it.
