by the way, being puzzled by your problem (one does not hear often about monitors with non standard connectors...) I went to the Sony web site and did not find any mention of your monitor. A try at google was not successful either, I even permuted some of the digits to make sure there was no typo... can you not try to find some more information from where you got the beast?
