Hello,
I have configured a dual-head setup successfully earlier
with a built-in "ati" card and a PCI Matrox Millennium.
This time, I am configuring for a m/c which has only
a Trident ISA card apart from an ATI AGP-slot card.
My question is : Would I be able to get X running for multihead
with ISA & PCI cards ? XFree86 -scanpci does not show the
Trident card [ as it is ISA ]. So, "XFree86 -configure" fails
with the error "Number of screens is not the same as the number
of detected devices".
It appears that "X" looks only for PCI devices for configuring
X. Is there a way of configuring dual-head with a PCI & an ISA
VGA card ?
