I found a list of some programs: EasyGPS, G7ToWin, Waypoint+ PCX5,Garmin Trip & Waypoint Manager,SoftTraxx,GPS - Track - Analyse,... Then I need one of the OpenStreetmap Editors like Josm,Potlatch Merkaartor
