As already said, this can be saved into the db but getting it back out
depends on software. It _is_ possible to customize the renderers to
display what _you_ want, on a home basis, but getting it to your mobile
device may be trickier.
You likely want to use OSM maps to get up-to-date maps, and keep POI's
to navigate to?

There is a lane tag. And a width tag. Not universally used, but
eminently usable

We're allowed to save them but the OSM format doesn't really cater to
them, so a separate project exists at freethepostcode

Also cash cameras can be marked up, amenity=speed camera, & as many
other shops, petrol stations, toilets, etc as you like!
