Personally I'd delete the Tiger data if it seems to duplicate better quality 
user-entered data. I would delete the less accurate duplicate, as  it should 
involve less work. What's the point in duplicating work that's already been 
done? There's nothing to say that we need to keep every Tiger way that's been 
imported is there? Or am I missing something?

You might want to check that there aren't any tags applied to the Tiger ways 
that should be added to the user-entered ways, though, that you know are 
correct.
