Hi. On the main road outside my house there is a central island with a keep-left bollard at each end, like these: http://www.streetlightonline.co.uk/tbols_in_collection.htm The bollard does not obstruct traffic, but would prevent over-wide vehicles from travelling down this road. How do I mark this up?
Furthermore, at the other end of the road there is a deliberate traffic-calming obstruction on one side of the road, forcing cars to queue until all traffic travelling in the opposite direction has passed, then pull out around the bollard and onto the wrong side of the road. Furthermore, bicycles are permitted to pass the bollard in a straight line without having to pull out. Same question. -- Nicholas.
