Surprised I don't see this on either list yet ... forward to any GPS-relevant lists that don't have it yet. It is Unclear if it has run off the end of its Y2K fix or has hit some similar glitch; they say random number of decades off per restart, which doesn't fit the Y2K paradigm or the Y2K windowing patch either, so YMMV.
