Is there a tag for a simple pedestrian crosswalk? The closest I can find would be what is called a zebra crossing, but this is described as an uncontrolled crossing, but then it describes the crossing as having flashing amber globes controlling the crossing.
What about a painted crosswalk with no lighting? This one links to a streetview of what I would consider matching the zebra crossing description: http://tinyurl.com/y8p4ex3 Wikipedia lists a Zebra crossing as possibly being just paint on the road surface, and not necessarily having lights associated. Perhaps the description of a Zebra crossing in the example section of the Key:crossing page needs to be adjusted.
