If you don't want it rendered, why is it in the database?
In other words, why are you putting metadata about some imagery source into OSM? Either the imagery where you want to trace is good enough, or it isn't. Drawing a line around the area isn't going to change that, but it does create other problems, as you've now discovered. Please delete this way from the database.
