So, I'm guessing this is a USB printer and you have no problems
connecting it.  It sounds like it was detected by printerDrake, but it
gave some error message...what was the exact error message?  Did it give
you a chance to choose a driver?  Did you use the hpijs driver?  Did you
try the deskjet 3650 hpijs driver like linuxprinting.org recommends?
