You could just get a Fedora Core CD and upgrade your RedHat distribution with it. If that's not an option, then try getting the source RPM (SRPM) from the Fedora Core 1 site and using 'rpmbuild --rebuild' (I think that's what it's called) to make an RPM for Red Hat 9. You may need to do the same trick with some of the dependencies.
