It'd probably be a good impetus for me to get out to meetings once in a
while, too. (I haven't been to a UUG meeting in, oh, about 3 years.) Most
of the topics don't seem interesting enough to pull me away from the
lovely CRT, but I'd love to give short presentations on stuff like this at
Newbie-oriented meetings. And if I had some sort of assignment, I'd be
much more likely to drag myself to a meeting than otherwise.
