SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC EXTRADITED TO THE HAGUE TRIBUNAL
HIS CONSTITUTION USED AGAINST HIM
PODGORICA - Ex- President of Serbia and ex- Yugoslav President Slobodan
Milosevic was extradited yesterday to the International Hague Tribunal for
the War Crimes.
The International Hague Tribunal charged Milosevic for the war crimes and
crimes against humanity in Kosovo. The Tribunal has announced the charges
against him because of his crimes in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina too.
The decision on extradition of the ex -Yugoslav President was taken by the
Serbian Government, although the Federal Constitutional Court had rejected
regulation of the federal Government on cooperation with the Hague Tribunal.
It is worth of mentioning that the Serbian Government acted according to the
Constitution of Serbia, created by Milosevic himself in 1990, which allows
Serbia to act against any federal decision which it deems contrary to
interest of Serbia.

SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC IZRUCEN HASKOM TRIBUNALU
zbog zlocina u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini.
