MONTENEGRIN PREMIER-DESIGNATE EXPOSED GOVERNMENT'S PROGRAM:
THE FIRST MOVE WILL BE DIALOG WITH OPPOSITION

PODGORICA - Montenegrin Premier designate Filip Vujanovic exposed yesterday
in the Montenegrin Assembly a program of new Government and disclosed names
of candidates for the ministers' posts.

The fists Government's political move will be a dialog with Montenegrin
opposition - Vujanovic said, adding that the new Montenegrin Government will
propose, as soon as possible, negotiations to the officials in Serbia in
order to regulate relations between Montenegro and Serbia.

In his program Vujanovic did not mention anything about the scheduling of
the independence referendum although that was a part of post-electoral
agreement of the ruling coalition DPS-SDP with the Liberal Alliance ( LSCG).

Upon an insistence of LSCG leader Miodrag Zivkovic, Vujanovic was obliged to
promise in front of the Assembly that this point will be formally included
in the government's program.

Montenegrin Premier said that tourism and agriculture remained the main
strategic sectors of Montenegrin economic development.

MONTENEGRIN PRESIDENT:
MONTENEGRO'S PRIORITY IS INTEGRATION IN EUROPEAN STRUCTURES

PODGORICA - Personal structure and the program of new Montenegrin
government, as proposed by the premier-designate, is in accordance with the
strategic state-political interest of our state - Montenegrin President Milo
Djukanovic said yesterday.

Strategic priorities of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) are
democratization and economic reforms, which will integrate Montenegro in the
European structures in the shortest possible period- Djukanovic stated.

The Montenegrin independence is the main condition for realization of these
aims- he concluded.

Before the Montenegrin Parliament precise the date of referendum's
scheduling it has to adopt the law regulating all questions related with
referendum, because the referendum has to contribute to the democracy and
stability of country  - Djukanovic said answering the question abut the date
of independence referendum in Montenegro.


MONTENEGRIN GOVERNMENT'S SESSION:
PROPOSAL FOR DONATORS' CONFERENCE ADOPTED

PODGORICA - Montenegrin Government considered and adopted, at the
yesterday's session, financial proposal of Montenegrin authorities to
donator's conference for Yugoslavia, which should be held in Brussels, 29
June.

It is expected that donators will provide an aid for Montenegrin budget and
for economic, social and infrastructure development of Montenegro till 2004,
needed for further implementation of economic reforms - the official
proposal said.

PREMIJER VUJANOVIC IZLOZIO PROGRAM NOVE VLADE:
PRVI POTEZ VLADE DIJALOG SA OPOZICIJOM

PODGORICA - Crnogorski premijer i mandatar Filip Vujanovic juce je u
Skupstini Crne Gore izlozio program nove vlade i saopstio imena kandidata za
ministre.

Vujanovic je istakao da ce prvi potez vlade biti dijalog sa opozicijom,
dodajuci da ce nova crnogorska vlada, takodje, odmah ponuditi vladi Srbije
razgovore o uredjenju medjusobnih odnosa.

Kako u ekspozeu nije naveo da ce vlada raditi na organizovanju referenduma
najkasnije za 12 mjeseci,  u skladu sa dogovorom vladajuce koalicije DPS-a i
SDP-a sa Liberalnim savezom, Vujanovic je na insistiranje lidera liberala
Miodraga Zivkovica obecao da ce to dopisati u program vlade.

Premijer Vujanovic je ponovio da turizam i poljoprivreda ostaju strateske
razvojne sanse Crne Gore.

MILO DJUKANOVIC:
INTEGRACIJA U EVROPSKE STRUKTURE PRIORITET

PODGORICA - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Djukanovic izjavio je juce da je
program mandatara vlade Filipa Vujanovica na liniji strateskih
drzavno-politickih interesa Crne Gore.

On je ponovio da su strateski prioriteti vladajuce Demokratske partije
socijalista dalja demokratizacija i ekonomske reforme koje ce Crnu Goru u
najkracem roku pribliziti Evropi i shodno tome, obnova crnogorske drzavnosti
kao nuzan uslov ostvarenja ovih ciljeva.

Predsjednik Crne Gore je najavio da ce referendum o drzavno-pravnom statusu
biti organizovan kada se u parlamentu postigne dogovor o datumu odrzavanja i
kada se usvoji zakonska regulativa, koja ce omoguciti da referendum bude
doprinos demokratiji.


SJEDNICA VLADE REPUBLIKE CRNE GORE:
UTVRDJEN PREDLOG ZA DONATORSKU KONFERENCIJU

PODGORICA - Vlada republike Crne Gore na jucerasnjoj sjednici razmotrila je
i utvrdila finansijski predlog Crne Gore za donatorsku konferenciju, koja ce
se odrzati u Briselu 29.juna ove godine.

U finansijskom predlogu donatorskoj konferenciji ocekuje se da ce donatori u
cilju ekonomskih reformi obezbijediti novac za budzetsku podrsku i
ekonomski, socijalni i infrastrukturni razvoj Crne Gore do 2004.godine.
