CONSULTATIONS ABOUT FORMING OF NEW FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:
SNP DEMANDS EARLY FEDERAL ELECTIONS
PODGORICA - Leaders of the Montenegrin opposition parties had yesterday
separate consultations about forming the new federal government with
President of FRY Vojislav Kostunica.
After these consultations President of the Socialist People's Party (SNP)
Predrag Bulatovic said that his party wanted the early federal elections,
but he did not exclude the possibility of forming the new federal Government
with the Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS).
During the consultations both Yugoslav President and the representatives of
the Montenegrin opposition agreed fully about necessity to form the new
federal Government - the Office of the Yugoslav President announced.
President Kostunica is expected to name a new Premier-designate the next
Wednesday who must come from, according to the FRY Constitution, from
Montenegro.
DIRECTOR OF STEEL FACTORY IN NIKSCIC MIODRAG PEJOVIC:
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ENABLED SMUGGLING OF RADIOACTIVE STEEL
PODGORICA - General manager of "Zeljezara" Nikscic Miodrag Pejovic sent a
letter of protest to Serb premier Zoran Djundjic demanding his immediate
action for protection of the health of citizens of Serbia and stop import of
radioactive iron from Ukraine.
Federal Government allowed the import of radioactive iron while securing
full customs protection of products manufactured in Serb steel factories. On
other hand the production program of steel factory in Niksic has been
endangered with regime of free import - Pejovic warned.
He said he had enough evidence to prove that the smugglers from Serbia steal
attests of Niksic's steel and put it on the radioactive iron products
brought from Ukraine, deceiving thus deliberately the buyers in Yugoslavia.
SOCIALIST DEMOCRATIC PARTY (SDP):
SERBIA COOPERATES ONLY WITH ''OBEDIENT FORCES'' FROM MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA - Serbia should cooperate with the democratic, but not with
''obedient Montenegrin forces'', which have been working against interests
of Montenegro for years - Vice President of the Socialist Democratic Party
(SDP) Ranko Krivokapic said.
Krivokapic pointed out that the state, which wants to bear the name of
Yugoslavia without Montenegrin support, had no chance to survive.
CENTER FOR DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS:
THERE ARE NO EXTREMISTS IN MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA - There are not extremists within the spectrum of Montenegrin
policy, so it is unreasonable to expect or fear of conflicts in Montenegro -
Director of the Center for Democracy and Human Rights Srdjan Darmanovic
said.
He pointed out that all Montenegrin parties, whether in the government or in
the opposition, firmly believe in values of dialog, compromise and
legalistic approach.
Darmanovic reminded that the two politically opposed blocks in Montenegro
have never had give up the dialog and compromise in finding best solution
for the country.
NEW FLIGHT OF "MONTENEGRO AIRLINES"
PODGORICA - VIENNA TWICE A WEEK
PODGORICA - Montenegrin Company "Montenegro Airlines" has obtained
permission of Austria's authorities to establish the regular flight between
Podgorica and Vienna.
Promotional flight is scheduled for July 16th. General manager of the
"Montenegro Airlines" Zoran Djurisic announced that plane will fly to Vienna
two times a week.

KONSULTACIJE O FORMIRANJU NOVE SAVEZNE VLADE:
SNP TRAZI VANREDNE SAVEZNE IZBORE
PODGORICA - Lideri crnogorskih opozicionih stranaka imali su juce odvojene
konsultacije o formiranju nove savezne vlade sa federalnim predsjednikom
Vojislavom Kostunicom.
Nakon konsultacija predsjednik Socijalisticke narodne partije Predrag
Bulatovic izjavio je da se njegova partija zalaze za vanredne savezne
izbore, ali nije iskljucio mogucnost formiranja nove savezne vlade sa
DOS-om, koju Crna Gora smatra nelegitimnom.
Tokom razgovora Vojislava Kostunice sa predstavnicima crnogorske opozicije
izrazena je potpuna saglasnost oko potrebe formiranja nove savezne vlade -
saopsteno je iz kabineta predsjednika Kostunice.
Predsjednik Kostunica naredne srijede treba da imenuje novog mandatara za
sastav federalne vlade a izvjesno je da ce se ispostovati ustavno pravilo po
kojem mandatar treba da bude iz Crne Gore.
DIREKTOR "ZELJEZARE" NIKSIC MIODRAG PEJOVIC:
SAVEZNA VLADA OMOGUCILA SVERC RADIOAKTIVNOG ZELJEZA
PODGORICA - Generalni direkor "Zeljezare" u Niksicu Miodrag Pejovic uputio
je protest srbijanskoj vladi premijera Zorana Djindjica kojim ga je
upozorio da zastiti svoje gradjane i sprijeci uvoz nekvalitetnog i
radioaktivnog zeljeza iz Ukrajine.
Nelelgitimna savezna vlada je odobrila uvoz radioaktivnog zeljeza i u isto
vrijeme apsolutno zastitila proizvodni program zeljezara iz Srbije, bez
placanja carina i uvoznih dazbina, dok je proizvodni program zeljezare
Niksic stavljen na rezim slobodnog uvoza.
Pejovic je rekao da ima sasvim dovoljno dokaza da sverceri iz Srbije kradu
ateste sa niksickog celika koji se zatim stavljaju na ukrajinski i time se
obmanjuju kupci.

SRBIJA SARADJUJE SA POSLUSNIM SNAGAMA U CRNOJ GORI
PODGORICA - Potpredsjednik crnogorske Socijal-demokrstske stranke (SDP)
Ranko Krivokapic ocijenio je da Srbija treba da saradjuje sa demokratskim, a
ne sa Beogradu poslusnim snagama koje stete interesima Crne Gore.
Krivokapic je istakao da drzava koja bez podrske Crne Gore hoce da nosi ime
Jugoslavija nema nikakve sanse za opstanak.

PODGORICA - Direktor Centra za demokratiju i ljudska prava Srdjan Darmanovic
iskljucio je mogucnost sukoba u Crnoj Gori, posto nema ekstremista na
crnogorskoj politickoj sceni, na kojoj danas dominiraju politicke snage koje
su privrzene pregovarackim sredstvima i legalistickom putu.
Darmanovic je podsjetio na cinjenicu da nijedan od dva politicki
suprotstavljena bloka u Crnoj Gori nikada nije prekinuo dijalog, niti
mogucnost za kompromis i trazenje zajednickog resenja.
"MONTENEGRO ERLAJNZ" UVODI NOVU LINIJU:
AVIONOM OD PODGORICE DO BECA
PODGORICA - Crnogorska aviokompanija ''Montenegro erlajnz" dobila je od
Austrije dozvolu za uspostavljanje linije Podgorica - Bec, a promotivni let
na ovoj relaciji zakazan je za 16.jul.
Direktor "Montenegro erlajnza" Zoran Djurisic najavio je da ce avioni ove
crnogorske aviokompanije letjeti za Bec dva puta sedmicno.
