Thanks for the answer! But wait a minute, what is the problem here? I think ZFS supports ACL, and NFS protocol too... i did read about it before trying to migrate the servers, but seems like there are "ACL's" and "ACL's"... Somebody here knows what is the "real" problem and difference between ZFS/ACL, NFS/ACL and Linux/ACL? IIRC the GNU/Linux kernel option to enable the Posix ACL says something about "Sun ACL"... I did try to google something, but just gets something about ZFS does not implement "xattr" and "ACL the linux way". It is that right? The GNU/Linux ACL is not "standard"? the implementations are incompatible, is that?
