I figure a lot of you are on dedicated servers. How do you manage your Plone instances between reboots? init.d?

Oh, definitely - I just know that ISPs are not too happy about the Plone
memory usage and the comparatively high maintenance cost. But by all
means, there's a lot of good ISPs out there that already offer this - it
just won't get to the level of $5/month PHP hosting. ;)

If somebody would step up with the cPanel/Fantastico/Plesk integration, I
would be very happy.

Incidentally, I also want an Autopackage of Plone. Oh, and a pony.
