Hi,

NSP is a standard CPAN package and you can refer to the following for 
instructions about how to install NSP or for that matter any other Perl modules 
from CPAN. 

http://www.cpan.org/modules/INSTALL.html

I have never installed NSP on the Windows platform but I believe that for your 
current setup you will have to follow instructions from the "Windows 95 or NT 
with the ActiveState port of Perl" section. Please let us know if these 
instructions are not sufficient.
